Warm Tomato, Goat Cheese and Walnut Salad

Let's take a break from all the traveling and do some cooking for a change. Today I'd like to share with you a super quick and easy recipe that will surely become a favorite of yours. It's a warm salad. I know it sounds weird but your need to trust me, this is great!

You will only need a few ingredients:
Goat cheese
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar of Modena

Now take the following steps:

1. Toast the walnuts at medium heat in a pan

2. Cut the tomato and cheese in slices (not too thin)

3. Pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar on another pan, then add the tomato slices and put the cheese slices on top. Warm them up in low/medium heat. Don't let them fry! 

4. Serve the tomato and cheese first, then pour the walnuts and the mixture of oil and vinegar on top.

Being Spanish my favorite part of the meal is dunking bread on that mixture of oil and vinegar. It's simply delicious.
