Happy Friday! If you've been following the blog lately you'll now we've been in search of Don Quixote visiting the places that appear on Cervantes' novel. The last stop is Puerto Lapice, another town somewhere in La Mancha.

Many episodes of Don Quixote de la Mancha are staged at the Ventas, inns on the roadsides of Spain. Puerto Lapice still has this intact 17 th century Venta, with its courtyard, where Don Quixote may have been armed a knight by a Castilian.

Nowadays it's a hotel and reastaurant that attracts many tourists trying to relive the adventures of one of the most famous characters in the history of literature.
